Jet and Jersey

A few years back our daughter asked for a donkey on Christmas. What started out as a stuffed animal slowly turned into much more. We acquired Jersey - the white male - soon after. We realized quickly donkeys are always better in pairs. Soon enough Jet came into the picture - the brown male. Jet and Jersey bring chaos and joy to the farm. There is never a day where they aren't up to something mischievous.

Jet and Jersey spend most of the time in our highland cow pen. Donkeys are known for their protective nature and defending off wild dogs and coyotes. While they've never had to show there "scare tactics", they subside there time grazing in the pastures and annoying the cows with there "yelling."
