The latest animals on the farm are our Watusi cattle. These cows hold so much sentimental value in our family. Our father-in-law always used to joke, stating he had a Watusi cow in his back yard named Uncle Oscar. None of us believed these cattle to be true, but years later after his passing, we learned that these cattle were such a species.
